Taking fictional and real life pirates, Blackbeard, Ben Hornigold, Jack Rackham, Captain Flint, Long John Silver, Charles Vane and more, and weaving them into a complex story line to relate the violent lives and times of these legendary characters. This is a great show filled with pirates, blood, sex, treasure and gore. You will love every minute of this top notch program (Despite the completely inaccurate depiction/perversion of Captain Flint as a homosexual). The first episode aired January 25, 2014 and its fourth and final season will finish in 2017.
